While during the past the team has featured stars like Bill Bradley, Bernard King and Patrick Ewing, it has been some time since the Knicks competed for a championship. But the team has been improving recently, and the bunch at the Garden is virtually always loud and passionate about their hoops. The NY area also features the New Jersey Nets, who play their home games at the Prudential Center in nearby Newark, New Jersey.
